Eric, Too Cool, do elaborate on the home-made motorized rail!!! What did you use, materials, set up etc...I see your setup shot but I can't tell the box is.
Hey, thanks guys. The "box" contains a Basic Stamp micro controller, an LCD, and some switches for adjusting the time and # of shutter clicks. The rail is an old drafting machine I removed the T-square from and mounted a stepper motor in it's place. It's powered by a NiCD or gel-cell and will run up to a couple of hours.
