Spelunking

I discovered a small treasure of stuff in the fridge that took me back, it was like opening a time capsule. There were these little canisters containing an image capturing medium called 'film'. We used it back in the days before digital cameras were invented.

Might have to dredge up the old SLR and see if it still works...

Shot with a 12-24 at 16mm, f4, 1/15th, iso 400 lit by the kitchen lights and the little bulb in the fridge.

  1. Wow, I thought this was strobes! (and I almost posted that) Glad I read more carefullly. Great camera position, and that look on your face is priceless.

  2. how did you mount the camera? Now I can tell the fisheye look with this lens as in the last 12mm post I did not see any distortion at all.

  3. I used the tripod on it's side resting on top of the fridge. There's a gap between the top of the fridge and the bottom of the cabinets that the legs fit into.

Definitely more distortion at the edges especially when the lens is closer to something and further from others.
