You're Not Reading it Right

I had a checkup the other day to see if I was on the right track with my BP. Something the doctor said about reading the machine right sort of stuck with me, but I didn't quite "get it".

Until today.

I had an epiphany. And look, the reading was 128/79 - a whole lot better than the upper 140s I have been getting.

I think I may be onto something...

  1. So if you read it right, you have better results? That's cool! Better than being blissfully ignorant when reading it wrong and thinking everything's OK...
